Attorney Gregory Caplan
Mr. Caplan began his career in the criminal justice system in 1989, with The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC), where he developed an intricate understanding of law enforcement practices. During this time, he also developed his understanding of alcohol-related crimes, as well.
Thereafter, he was employed by many prosecution agencies, including the Fresno County District Attorney, Madera County District, Los Angeles County District Attorney, as well as the Burbank City Attorney, for over 12 years, working on cases ranging from murder, robbery, assault, battery, domestic violence, to DUI, drugs, weapon, theft, probation violations, bench warrants, and other criminal matters.
Mr. Caplan attended classroom and field training with the Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement regarding Health and Safety Code section 11550, to obtain a better understanding of specifics of “Drug Influence” charges.
Mr. Caplan has written and been published on the subjects of drug, weapons, and airport arrests.
